Kewra water smells so gorgeous, mango tastes so perfectly summery, the cake is gorgeous...I feel like I've already eaten it just from seeing and remembering.

I don’t think I have Kewra water sold anywhere near me, but I might be able to find pandan extract. Would rose and orange blossom water work as a substitute? I have them in my fridge right now, along with a lovely mango

Absolutely loved how the cake turned out ! Just wanted to know since a lot of your recipes using Self raising flour and that's isn't easily here in India, is there a way the recipes can be adopted for regular APF ?
