Yes you make my point precisely! Seems so many are negative on us using debt to our advantage and trying to buy such a place, yet in other areas, this could be a 10 or 15 million dollar ranch! So far so good, even with a lot of moving parts, things are still moving!

Awesome place! I gotta say be careful with driveway easements they usually turn into a big dispute an fights. Been thier an having own private drive is worth it if u can figure a way

Driveway easements would never turn into 4wheeler riding access or crazy locks an chains with gates or ppl blocking driveway to house. Thankfully I don't care cause I own both sides of road an don't have deal with wrong person access my house
