蒜香蜜汁奶油鸡，🐔皮脆多汁，蒜香味浓郁，肉质滑嫩，超级好吃😋
食材：半只鸡、半勺盐、半勺胡椒粉、1勺绍兴酒、3勺牛奶、5瓣蒜、2勺生抽、1勺蚝油、4勺蜜糖、2勺清水、1颗蛋、4勺玉米淀粉、50克牛油
1）鸡肉加入半勺盐、半勺胡椒粉、1勺绍兴酒、3勺牛奶腌制半小时
2）准备酱料，2勺生抽、1勺蚝油、3勺蜜糖、2勺清水搅拌均匀
3）腌好的鸡肉加入1颗蛋&4勺玉米淀粉抓拌均匀
4）热锅热油，把鸡肉炸至金黄色，再翻炸一次就可以出锅备用
5）锅留底油，加入50克牛油溶化后倒入蒜末爆香，加入调好的酱汁煮至浓稠熄火；把鸡块加入快速翻炒就可以出锅了❤️

4) Heat the pan with hot oil, fry the chicken until golden brown, Re fry again and it will be ready for use
5) Add 50 grams of butter small heat cook until melt and pour in the minced garlic until fragrant, add the prepared sauce and cook until thick and turn off the heat; add the chicken pieces and stir fry quickly and ready to be serve❤️

Love watching you cook but when l look at the recipe, it doesn't indicate whether the measurements are in teaspoon or tablespoons. You would surely want us to follow n cook successfully, so please could you be more specific. Thank you.
