1:21 Pressure difference if you put the cup upside down into the water it will still have air inside. You can then put your finger inside the cup without flooding the cup. It works kind of like the vehicle dock and the boat scene in pirates of karaibean. For how it works sideways it is because air pumps in the base. so technically a bit of water should get into the base as riley enters by the hatch but it shouldn't be a lot. you can actually do it with your mouth. Go underwater and make kind of a dry space isnide your mouth (with yout mouth open underwater) but be careful cus if you overdo it you will just let out bubbles. then just insert the finger into your mouth. Congrats.

although how he's able to open the hatch is another story. Given that the animation depicts Riley easily opening the hatch at any depth, and given that the deepest point in the map (excluding the void b/c it's not buildable area to my knowledge) is are 1700 meters down, that would mean, by my calculations, Riley is easily capable of exerting a little over 2.5 million pounds of force (assuming the oceans on 4546B have a composition similar to the Earth's salt water oceans, the inside of the habitats are kept at 1 atmosphere, and that the hatch is around three feet in the diameter, which is just a quick eyeball and could be wildly off). Which also means he could comfortably break most forms of steel as well. Which therefore also means that he can exert this much force bracing off of just water (for ingress) and that the standard base floor can withstand this much pressure as well (for egress).

The dialogue was kinda terrible and it interrupted parts of the game that should have been left silent for tension. It just never achieves the same atmosphere and crushing loneliness as the first.

The atlas was concept art that was originally planned to be in the game, but the developers realized the map was too small to allow navigation using the atlas, so they decided not to include it. A third party created a 3D render of the exterior, and people liked it so much that some others made a mod for it. However, the mod faced many difficulties and legal problems because they used the third party's 3D render without permission.

THE CYCLOPS IS MEANT FOR 3 PEOPLE. If something is exclusive to multiplayer, why is it bad? If it’s exclusive to multiplayer, it probably wouldn’t work in single player, and adds to the experience of the game as a whole.
