Somehow seeing Lobos playing this makes the game a little less horrifying to watch since he doesn't sit in complete silence sometimes. Once again, thank you Lobos for preventing fear heart attacks.

Honestly while I was terrified of the original game this one doesn't scare me almost at all, I'm guessing the more up lifting music and compact areas without empty voids of water help a lot with it, anyways something about this feels friendlier to me.

@@Tacticaviator7 Same. While the ambience is still amazingly well done, the creatures aren't nearly as terrifying. Like, the chelicerator isn't nearly as scary as the reaper, it's just a giant prawn. The only things I found somewhat scary were the ice worms and the shadow leviathan. And the ecological dead zone, that's always terrifying lol.

I was catching up on this on twitch, guess I'll hop on to it over here now. Also, if I play this game I will legit look for a mod that removed the thrumming noise the nuclear reactor makes, or I'll make due with a bioreactor if that is possible. I hear enough annoying sounds in my day to day life to not want to have to hear them in my games. I bought Subnautica a while back after playing Gris(such a good experience), because I wanted to play more chill games after that, but I haven't played it yet. Should maybe do that at some point.

easy fix imo is to put the reactor in its own room, far from your normal use rooms. it wasn't nearly as audible when he was in the scanner room

Now lobos. I subscribe and am premium. But did you know that you can attach your prawn suit to the back of the attachments to the sea truck? I was a little upset when you switched to just the prawn. I was like you know the trucks expansions do allow for you to carry the prawn on the back? I think you would’ve seen the game a little differently
