Subriel Matias vs. Batyr Jukembayev | Boxing Fight Highlights

Despite contending with a cut on his skull, Jukembayev attempted to regain control in round five, only to have Matias assert his dominance once more. A left hook momentarily dazed Jukembayev midway through the round, but the Kazakh southpaw retaliated with a right hook. Matias, however, stormed back with flush right hands.
In round six, Matias rocked Jukembayev with a left hook, capitalizing on his opponent's slowing pace. The Puerto Rican fighter maintained his momentum in round seven, landing several power shots. Unable to withstand Matias' onslaught, Jukembayev's corner informed the referee of their fighter's inability to continue, resulting in a heartbreaking loss for Jukembayev, his first as a professional.
Matias, on the other hand, notched his second consecutive high-profile knockout on Showtime, elevating his record to 17-1 (17KOs). With his impressive performance, Matias positions himself for a potential shot at the IBF junior welterweight title currently held by undisputed champion Josh Taylor. However, he must await the outcome of another eliminator between Jeremias Ponce and Lewis Ritson.
The Matias-Jukembayev bout served as the co-main event of a Showtime tripleheader, with Nordine Oubaali defending his WBC bantamweight title against former four-division champion Nonito Donaire in the main event.

Техника в боксе великая вещь , блондин всего лишь левой рукой должен был при получении от противника прямого прямого удара сверху набросить при получении удара , делать надо на встречке и встречать своей прямым правой . Почему то многие тренера по боксу не обращают на это внимание и не отрабатывают эти удары , когда встречается боксер в правосторонней стойке с боксером стоящим в левосторонней стойке , они кстати свободно могут применять это в бою друг другу без проблем, был бы навык , Габрилян ( из Узбекистана ) кстати так нокаутировал своего оппонента при защите своего титула 🙏

Batyr hasn't loss a fight since Matias, he's been on a winning streak. & Matias isn't your typical "tag you're it" fighter like Haney, Shakur, etc. He's a pressure fighter with an iron chin & an engine on him = sensational fighter which means fan friendly. Although Batyr landed his hardest punches, Matias kept coming forward & eventually broke Batyr down & got a TKO. Matias is one of the best fighters on the planet, it just sad it'll take beating the hell out of a "tag you're it" boxer to convince you in which he already did but you need a name like Haney or Shakur to convince you otherwise he's just a "meh" fighter, huh? Haney's punches won't slow Matias down whatsoever, so it'll be Haney running a marathon popping out jabs here & there, the problem is Matias doesn't tire, throws the most punches per Rd in the division and probably top 3 currently of all boxers of all weight classes.
