About time something good looking comes out of the UK, tired of seeing beans and potatoes 😂😂
@justausername57493 ай бұрын
Many good things come out of the UK? Edit: many people have snakily been asking what, so here are a few: Shepherd’s pie, roast dinner, fish and chips, full English breakfast, apple pie, Cornish pasty, steak and ale pie, sandwiches, Mac and cheese, beef wellington, scotch egg, and basically any British dessert or chocolate. Plus y’all know that Brits also eat a range of food from multiple cuisines - the most popular being Indian? Or is it cool being ignorant now? 2nd Edit: so many people have gotten upset or offended over my comment. It’s really not that serious, guys 😂 people seem to seethe at the mouth over hearing that food they’ve never tried might actually be good, and it’s genuinely strange. But oh well 🤷♂️

Hey dude, love your vibe but just a couple things, i dont care about UK vs. US regulations or whatever, these should be universal in my opinion: Get a metal seasoning bowl for your fries, please. I know hot things go in the bowl but all of the microscratches on that bowl will harbor bacteria months/years before a SS bowl would. Grab some shakers for your seasonings, a standard restaurant shaker held 6-8 inches above your food will season more evenly than you could ever believe. You NEED more table space for the couple things youre putting on the ground. Ill eat homemade kimchi somebody's mom made in a bowl on the floor, but i would never pay for short order food where tools/prep/equipment was from the floor. You can keep a streamlined single table setup with just a bit more length. Use your colder spots on your grill to toast your buns! I think you could be making 2 orders at once with just a little more efficiency with the hot spots. Speaking of buns, i dont know how much prep you do but as somebody who used to churn out 50+ patty melts an hour some nights, pre-butter those buns before you set up! Butter is table safe for 4 hours according to my health inspectors, not to mention we all keep softened butter on the counter at home. Golden toasting, saves a shit load of time. Hella love from a US burger bitch who made it out the industry jaded but hopeful for people with passion.

Keep it in your backyard bro. At the very least if you're going to kill the burger so much, don't put the super hot fries in a plastic bowl unless you really hate your friends

Should have one of those metal bowls on top of the burger while the cheese is on, it melts way more. I work with burgers too so would be a big recommendation

Quick tip man, have a separate bowl with paper towel, or those brown paper towels and put your fries in there to knock off the excess grease and then have a 2nd bowl for seasoning. It will also keep your seasoning bowl cleaning and mitigate all that build up that you have on the bottom of your bowl. Also makes things look cleaner!
