@@chrislewis7811 My opening knowledge and tactics. Tactics always came semi-easy to me, but I can recognize them faster now. I now know about four openings, five including the durås gambit, with deep theory, and I know enough to ad lib any openings i don't.

I once played a game where my opponent felt like 250 bot, he walked right into fried liver, didn't block with pawn nor did he counterattack, but he boxed in his queen with bishop, and then CASTLED SHORT, making me taking on queen a discovered check, so I was able to trade a knight for a queen and a bishop And then I made the most obvious mate threat by lining up queen and bishop, and he just ignored it to take a rook I need to sub to Gotham on Patreon to submit that game

Try changing up openings. I'm about same rating as you in blitz and games rarely get to endgame. Unless I go for it when that's the easiest (requires no thinking) way for me to win. Usually I checkmate opponent or lose on time lol
