Guys, I think what’s happened is that OP must’ve switched the genders of the characters in the story to preserve anonymity but just didn’t do a great job with it. A lot of story makes more sense if op’s “sister” is actually the brother. (Proposing, the bf wearing white, getting into a physical fight w the sibling, calling the bridesmaid a whore, etc) Not that ladies can’t do all these things (they can), but paired with the weird misgenderings it seems like the likely explanation is that OP intentionally switched the genders.
