Awesome! I need spline nodes so bad but i bought 2022 steam version around 1 year ago, and i have no opportunity to buy again currently. Question: Is there way to upgrade to 2023 version on steam or i have to rebuy whole new version at full price?

Can't upgrade, that's the point of the perpetual license on steam. You either buy a specific version once, but you can use it indefinitely, or you pay the monthly subscription, but you don't have anything once you stop paying.

What's the best way to add color to this? Adding random/set colors to individual pipes? (Assuming thats a possibility)

You can do it like you usually would, be doing so to the individual piples are gonna take a long time, if you have a lot.
