Realized I couldn’t post a picture as a reply haha. Cold Steel - Taiwan right on the bottom. I’ve always been a fan of cold steels and out of everything I have ever gotten from them (pocket knives - imperial wakizashi - boot knives - sword canes- other-non-sword cane - etc) - this is by far the best thing they’ve ever produced that I have attained from them. And best priced I would say. Definitely not a regretful buy.

Hi, Honestly its great. Used one for a year. Then sent another to a friend. Problem is its waaay to light now. Upgraded to a 5lbs furibo. Which is also great. But if youve seen the prices on a 10-20 lbs one. Saying they arent cheap is an under statement. Only other solution was to slap on wrist weights. Which is good but still doesnt solve the problem. Sooner or later gonna need a 10lbs. In any case solid vid. Take care and have a good one

Appreciate the support and I agree with your assessment on the suburito. That’s actually something I have wondered about for sword training - I made a video talking about like a weighted sword. The concept sorta was having a handle system and screw weighted rods into it haha. Like screwing the rod into the base of the blade - then having that be secured and so on. But the main concept would be having a “base” handle unit - which you can use the weighted rods with. Not sure if those exist somewhere… probably very expensive

@DrSaucePHD lol there is something similar minus the rods. Which is a good idea. Had a similar thought myself. You might have seen the guy swinging the wooden dragonslayer. You can find it online. 🫠 and no it is not cheap. Been looking into making one. Especially when I look at the ASH MAN version. Likely take a few tries to get it right. But figure it's worth a shot.
