It is true that not caring makes the discomfort of an unsatisfying life easier to take. It is when people feel passionately about things related to their lives that they in turn have strong emotional responses to the disappointments of their lives. Not caring allows for more neutral reactions with less strong emotions attached to the responses by way of less passion about the situations, circumstances, and interactions of life in general.

If you’re doing all you can to get your basic needs met, that means the rest is up to chance which is completely outside of your control. You can be happy in knowing that you’re doing all you can instead of relying on your happiness to be predicated on things like chance which is random. As chance is random, therefore so will your happiness be. It’s better if you leave your happiness to yourself. The only thing you can control. Chance fluctuates in all of our lives. When chance is not on your side, it maybe on mine. But when it is on your side, maybe it has turned against me. Both good and bad is the journey of life for all. Don’t focus on avoiding the bad, but instead work on understanding that it is here and will be back again. For all of us. Embrace it Learn from it. The best lessons are taught in our darkest moments so don’t let them go to waste. May chance be with you.

Happiness cannot be found as long as you are looking for happiness. Happiness comes as a byproduct of an intense life of questioning, brutal honesty with yourself, a tremendous curiosity. intellectual capabilities and many other things. I asked my late master: ¨Please sir, I beg you to show me the way to happiness.¨ And he came down from his seat and moved his arms imitating a crane in flight. I was amused to discover that for thousands of years far greater minds than mine have spent their time considering this. I naturally do not give a feck about societies rules or in general any rules and had thought that I was sociopath then I discovered the sigma theory which seemed to describe my persona. It did not explain that I genuinely do not care about what I have no control over whether it is wealth or death, which has labelled me as cold, heartless, unemotional but I deal with my emotions internally, privately and do not need loud weeping wailing to garner sympathy from peers. This attitude has helped me cope with many situations in life and amazement from friends & neighbours when I combine it with my fatalism approach. Many have asked why I live in Kyiv when, as a British/Irish citizen, I with my wife could leave. Why when air raid sirens sound do I sit on my balcony enjoying an old fashioned. Well as I sat sipping in my home in comfort some who fled to safety where huddled in a dark cellar with many strangers in fear of death, as some people rushed for safety they where caught in a missile strike and lost their lives. When missiles are falling we increase our chance of death by moving across the city and if it is my time then on my balcony with my beautiful wife enjoying an old fashioned as I smile and watch the city I love seems a far better end than scurrying desperately trying to cling onto our life filled with fear worry confusion. I have stayed throughout the current war and have many videos about my travels Regards Geoffrey Dowey Remember when we genuinely don’t give a feck then it comes that we live without fear without urgency, desperation, confusion and can just breath and enjoy what we have stop living for what we desire

It all starts with humility. Once you understand what it is and how to truly achieve it, your life will be free and happiness. Humility wants to spread happyiness, positively, and inner peace. Humility understands that superficial things have a hold on your inner peace. Humility understands to be greatful for the simple things in life and be satisfied with what you have. Humility it helps you let go of unnecessary negativity which always interrupt your inner peace and spiritually. Humility forgives and asks for forgiveness. Humility understands truth will set you free. Alway seek truth. One you understand what the truth is and you live in it, you will experience true freedom in this superficial world. Humility understands imperfection is reality and perfection can become vanity if it makes you judgemental. Humility understands that wisdom comes from truths their are no such thing as false wisdom. False wisdom are called lies. Live in truth and you will achieve wisdom. Without sharing what you know and only caring about your own wellbeing is selfish and lonely. Humility always wants to share. Humility knows the power of faith over fear and the power of meditation (prayer). Humility knows it is better to give than recieve. Humility knows there is a God Almighty and that religion is a business.

Darling, perhaps you have outgrown childish things. I can’t watch all the awful on tv anymore. My being just doesn’t have an appetite for trash when there is so much human treasure available. Find a new magnificent obsession. Gaming is just so much mental masturbation. Nature opens me as though I am a flower, and leaves me stronger and more at ease. Good luck. I hope you bloom.

not caring is exactly neglecting in different meanings. Let say inventor or musician neglecting the society norms of not taking responsability of having family but focus this energy in his craft. Same invertetd , family people neglect life and growth because they choose by neglecting others aspects of live to focus on the responsability of raising kids .

I realized you can't have it both ways. And more you involve or put effort into one path, the less you get to experience the other.

@@fotomotoxxiii Yes, average people average life with many things and get none of everything. They die like ordinary people. Extraordinary people live in extremes. No balance

The people around you contribute to what you think about, having a go to how to think makes it easy to understand things. The second girl was really into rocks, astrology, also had two cats, talked to her in middle school never met in person, then she moved to North Carolina and back to kansas in 2020, even told her she should make an only fans for herself she did for herself I mean she took good pictures why not post then don't have to show your face and get $. Went to college and met hope they were both okay it for almost 2 years, I asked. They followed eachother and commented on eachothers instagram every post. Grace lived with her gradpa who worked every night moved away from her mom and hope had a coked up, drunk dad who's wife took meth after 3 kids jackson, last one emery she drank while caring reported his illegal medical LLC became a single dad. His mom hopes grandma has the world record collection of Santa Clauses decorations was on the news, two pitbulls one with 3 legs the pitbull across the street would escape then hers would attack eachother in the backyard of the duplex she lives in, they got a new idian neighbor with like 5 people in a 1 bedroom 1 floor 2 garages 1 for each side of the duplex then when hope moved in just them two. The indian dad would park in there grass sideways but they both only had one car it was wack he'd do it differently every time it was like your driveway parking spot of grass in the duplex housing was like if thats what they had done on the new street at my house in shawnee. 😂

Remaining aloof was my key to happiness. However, once you have something like a woman that you really care about, a beautiful car, or a child, you can't detach yourself from it.

Does non-attachment mean no love or does it mean love everything the same? If the 2nd, how do my wife and kids feel special? That's always confused me about Buddhism.
