Pork belly - 1.5 kg.
Water - 1.5 liters.
Salt - 4-5 tablespoons
Bay leaf - 3 pcs.
Pepper peas -10-15 pieces
Curry spice - 1 tsp
Corriandra seeds - 1 tsp
Dried garlic -1 tsp.
Garlic - 5-8 cloves.
Put in the fridge for 5-8 hours.
Cook for 1 hour and let cool down completely.
We remove the foam.
Place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Store in the freezer for up to 2 months.
