Looks beautiful 😍. I have all the ingredients so will try for breakfast. I won't use ketchup (high fructose corn syrup) but use either tomato paste or chili paste. Chinese cooking is clean and I don't want to ruin it with high fructose corn syrup. Thank-you for sharing, you're my gavirit favorite cook. ❤

I won't be adding the sugar to this recipe, and I'll be using low-sugar ketchup.

Just made it with the natural ketchup and no added sugar, and it is fantastic!! I might add a little oyster sauce for salt and sweet next time. Came out perfectly, though.
