Sugar Free Strawberry Fig Preserves

My daddy planted this fig bush about 65-70 years ago and it is still producing figs every year. This is just one way I preserve them..It is an easy way to learn to preserve…I hope this I will be helpful to some of you…Please Share, like, and Subscribe ❤️❤️#35

I believe the picker upper is called a canning jar lifter. It’s a necessary canning utensil for sure.

Stevia sweetener. Is that truvia? Also, what brand eythritol? Trying to order today! I want my figs to turn out.

@@DonnaBurch-g3g you can use all stevia if you prefer.. I just use the Walmart brand.. It is not the pure stevia..It is a blend..The blend of erythritol is So Nourished .. I get it on Amazon, but any brand will work.. Truvia is more the consistency of sugar. Any will work..Hope it all turns out ok. Let me know❤️

I have never used lemon juice and it turns out great. Thank you for asking. Maybe next time I will try it
