If the court has not passed any order or has not given any direction in this regard, then there is no bar. You can do anything

Sir , In the IA notice ..there was written that the both the parties are directed to maintain status quo till appearance of the opposite party. Does the status quo get removed after appearance of the opposite party.?

If the notice states that you have to maintain status quo then it is an order passed by court and you need to abide it. On appearance you have to present your side and then the court will order whether status quo be maintained or not. We can tell you more clearly after reading the order. Yes you can and court may allow the cutting/trimming of trees as required.

You can proceed against him under Section 133 Crpc. Read the section and choose your course of action accordingly. Civil Remedy is also there.

Yes sir you can get a copy of the same from court. Whether it is valid till today or not is depend on the content of order, will have to see it first
