dear sir, 1 week phle m koi saman uthane k liye niche jhuka mere left shoulder me jhtka aa gya or uske baad pain suru ho gya.. ab shoulder ki exercises b kr leta hu m pr. kbhi kbhi ek angle pr shoulder me pain ho jata h or shoulder vhi ruk jata h kuch time k liye.. fir normal ho jata h 2-3 min. me, vaise sari movements ho rhi h easily
Sir gd afternoon I fell down nd my two shoulder r frozen nd mostly my left shoulder got sever pain for three months I'm suffering now my pain some what less but my hands r not working properly what u r showing I'm going to try it from now onwards sir I thk I can get relif nd my normal life can be go on 🙏

Hello sir Since so many years i facing a kot of pain in my neck, hand, elbow, wrist Orthos surgeon said elbow slit i have . I cont do any work like i cont lift the heavy things, I cont wash utensils.
