Sir I have a query, i get this dizziness feeling when I'm sleeping. All of a sudden if I change my position from left side to right i feel a sudden feeling of vertigo and I get up instantly. I have been told there's no way of getting rid of this but it really hampers my sleep and most of the days I sleep while sitting on the bed because I really get uneasy when I encounter the vertigo dizziness. सर जी, मुझे भी 20-22 दिन से ये problem हो रही है, करवट लेते ही चक्कर, लेटकर उठो तो चक्कर, लेटते ही चक्कर, खड़े होकर नीचे झुको तो चक्कर, इसकी वजह से bike चलाना भी बंद कर दिया, डॉक्टर ने चक्कर की दवाई और एसिडिटी की दवाई दी पर आराम नही मिल रहा। वैसे मुझे कुछ महीने पहले servical हुआ था, और मेरे right ear मे सीटी की आवाज 3-4 साल से continuous आती रहती है, जिसका इलाज करवाया पर condition same बनी रही। बाकी आपकी वीडियो मे बताई exercise कर रहे है। 🙏
