5 tbsp granulated sugar
100g glutinous rice flour
80g rice flour
15g roasted peanuts (chopped)
White Dough:
100g glutinous rice flour
100g rice flour
9 tbsp granulated sugar
110ml evaporated milk
110ml coconut milk
15g roasted peanuts (chopped)
Steam for 1 hour
