This is absolutely diabolical. I took two 2:00 breaks so it took about 1hr 10 min. Burned over 1,000 cal (according to my Polar H10).

Another fantastic workout from you guys! I had to go back to weights that have been too light for me for quite some time to hold those upper body isometric movements, but that just shows it's not about the heaviest weights, but the smartest way to use them! Thank you for sharing your knowledge!
