Summer Camping in the Mountains ~ Taos, New Mexico

Hi friends,
My friend & I escaped for a night to the mountains of Northern New Mexico. This is a spot that has been on my list for a few years now & I'm so happy that I made it out here. We had a great time (despite the flies & our neighbor playing music until midnight...). I hope you enjoy the video! Thanks for watching!
This spot is on the road going up to Taos Ski Valley, very easy to find.

What is the area called you were in.? And how do you find it ? That is a beautiful little spot

It is off of Hwy 150, the road going up to Taos Ski. All along the road to the right is the Rio Hondo with developed & dispersed campgrounds! Thanks for watching!

Was it cold and windy at night? If so, now did you prepare? No reservations on that spot?

Surprisingly, it was pretty warm at night. Only needed a light jacket in the morning! There are no reservations as it is dispersed, dry camping. There are a few developed campgrounds down the road if that's what you prefer!
