As a retired professional wedding planner and organizer I loved this video, I have a good friend and professional chef that taught me "it's all in the presentation" I try to remember that in everything I do and in which you do very well. FABULOUS! Everything looked wonderful! Great tips but I would definitely need plenty of time to plan this "last-minute" feast! (WOW! I'm never that prepared.) I LOVE fresh flowers to brighten up any home... the perfect accent for any occasion! When I buy fresh flowers, I also take a few blooms in a small vase to give the guest bathroom a special boost. (& my bedroom/bathroom too! Makes me feel all foo-foo!) Ahh, to have fresh flowers in my home everyday... maybe one day! Beautiful spread, Nikki!

Love your videos. One idea to keep drinks cold is to freeze a large cup of the beverage ahead of time, remove the juice from the cup by running water over the outsde, and then just add it to your pitcher. It keeps the beverage cold without diluting.

Oh wow Nikki, That table looks gorgeous! I will try to recreate it for summertime entertaining. It would take a lot of stress off cooking a lot of stuff. You have the right idea. Take advantage of the deli & produce departments in your grocery store. In the produce section you can find bags of baby carrots, cut up ready to serve/eat fruits & veggies, bags of salad & coleslaw that will eliminate a lot of prep work which saves you a lot of time & effort. The deli has all sorts of meats & cheeses & will slice or shred as much as you want in to whatever thickness you want. The deli also lots of premade salads so choose a favorite or three that you love, bowl & serve.

I have a ton of white entertaining pieces and a white dish set and a clear dish set, the clear are nice-you can spruce then up by placing punches of color beneath them and decorate under with custom placemats
