I have been doing the Hoff breathing method for 5 days now. I have noticed a big decrease in my depression, I have more energy when working out & thru out the day. I feel happier. I also noticed before brushing my teeth in the morning I usually have a white coating on my tongue which is toxins being excreted during sleep, but now my tongue is a pretty pink! No more Toxins! I was able to do a full minute of cold shower & it's so refreshing compared to a hot shower! Thanku Wim Hoff 😊

Hi, everyone! I've been taking ice cold showers, but I have two problems, or rather three: my balls and scalp (not inside the head) get so cold that they hurt. Has anybody experienced the same, and if so, what did you do? The shock really does make me feel alive, and the rest of my body can take it, but these parts don't.

hmmm... Do ye do it by adding ice? I guess not, I guess ye referred to so much cold water with the word "ice-cold shower". I do take so cold showers but without adding solid ice. Well personally, I didn't experience either of those. However a piece of pain shouldn't be a problem fer balls. Normally, cold water is really great fer better and harder erections.

@@entelektuel.yolculuk Well, yes, you’re right. It’s just really cold water, but it doesn’t have solid ice in it. The thing is that water gets really cold during winter where I live. I live in Chicago, and we get our water from Lake Michigan, which becomes quite cold during winter. I’ll see how it feels during summer. Thanks for the answer, dude!

@@santiagovelasco6657 I mean wim advocates sitting in ice water- where literally everything hurts. That’s part of the method… using your mind to literally change your chemistry & be able to do things you could not do. So while a cold shower in summer will be nice & have its own benefits- your question sort of points to the fact you don’t really get what WHM is about at all. What you’re trying to do is basically the opposite of what he teaches. So just know that- you’ll get some benefits with any colder shower but it’s not the Wim Hof Method.

@@victardoold like, ye can trip to hills and little forests or bushes yerself, without getting too far away freom yer location. Ye don't even have to do those stuff in the video if ye do it all by yerself. Try to get a group and do the travels with them, especially the ones about nature.

It’s not lmao. There are nobody small time life coaches with 8k followers and a yoga certificate who charge easily $3500 for a retreat where they talk & you have a yoga class every day. I was shocked how inexpensive these are- given Wim is there himself. You realize with his credentials he could easily charge more & just have his name on it, not even be there. He could charge 10k to speak at some company convention & just go around doing that. Thankfully he enjoys his life & happiness matters more than money for him, otherwise we’d long have stopped getting the chance for personal instruction at this price. I challenge you to find a 5-6 day retreat of ANY style or substance similar or not… for a significant amount lower than the price of this expedition. And tell me what they are please because from where I’m sitting this is beyond fairly priced for what you’re getting & in this market.
