Here is the recipe:
STRAWBERRY ROSE-PETAL JAM
2 cups sliced strawberries
1 3/4 cups sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup rose petals
Begin by sterilizing a pint sized jar in boiling water for 15 minutes.
Bring the strawberries, sugar and lemon juice to a boil in a medium sized pot. Turn the heat to medium and continue boiling the jam for about 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once the mixture registers at 220 F on a candy thermometer or gels on a cold plate it is ready to remove from the heat. Pour into sterilized jar and allow to cool to room temperature before refrigerating.
