I learn something new today. The way you cut the fish is different than how i use to cut fish especially the fish meat, btw im southeast asian. All i did was throw away the fish stomach and gills, sometimes head too but not the bone since it attach to the meat. But the way you cut it is way more easy to follow. I love this kind of video, also i can learn other people culture. p/s: Sorry for my bad english language, its not my native language 😊😊
