I looked into the Beef Liver supps (edited to add I looked into the Ancient Grains brand, but I see you use a different brand), but it says to take 6 per day. Do you only take the 2 you showed us? I thought about buying it and trying 2 per day (no way I'm taking 6 for $38/mth - I have a lot of other supplements that I try to keep up with and they can get really pricey!) I really want to try that coconut foundation, too! Thanks for sharing!

Yeah, I'm in the same boat. I take 2 probably every other day for a nutrient boost. I really try to make them stretch because I can't buy them as much as I'd like! I do that with most of my supplements. My goal is to get more bioavailable nutrients and I feel like I'm accomplishing that with taking a few and making them stretch over not taking any at all!

Hi Margaret, I am just wondering if you take any vitamin C? or does the adrenal cocktail serve that purpose in your diet? I had started drinking OJ & coconut water but since becoming pregnant in march, I cannot stomach either of those. Also, went back and watched your minimalist baby videos & I think they were so great, thank you.

I eat a ton of fruit in the summer and save most of my vit C for the winter months. I like to be strategic so that we're not going over budget with supps! My fresh OJ accounts for a lot of the vit C, same with all the amazing summer fruit!

Are those command hooks you used for hanging the picture? I’ve never seen that where you can use essentially tape for a frame. My mind is blown away!

another question about the coconut water - on the container, it says to use within 24 hrs. Since I only use it in my adrenal cocktails, I was taking at least a week to go through one container. Hopefully I wasn't poisoning myself - lol!

Oh interesting! I just keep mine in the fridge and use it within the week. But that's for the brands that I use!

I used the same one as you I'm pretty sure. Vita Coco? Check your container and see what it says. Either way, if you've been using it over a week's time with no issues, then I will too. haha!

haha oh no. I normally do 3 or 4 exercises and repeat for 10 minutes!
