any tips on how to take the loot when hideing on peoples ships, today i done it i killed the crew but i did not have a row boat or a ship to take the loot to an outpost :( any tips?

If they have a rowboat, stealthily dump their stuff on it, then make the rowboat to the nearest outpost. If they have no rowboat, then either sink then at the outpost (better option) preferably with kegs, or sink them at an island then bring your ship there
