Goody you could knock me over with a chopstick pal. A sushi restaurant named Sumo in Louisville ? The rolls look great The black dudes both look like retired Sumo men. I have traveled in Japan and slurping the noodles loudly especially the cold Sobra in iced beef broth is socially accepted and expected. I visited auto track sushi bar in Kyoto you could put a hurtin on some fish on that also . Great film again. I know a story about a fellow who ate the entire wad of wasabi mustard thinking it was a piece of sushi to eat ( his first time there)and had a anaphylactic shock from the heat of the green horse radish grated required airway and iv meds to survive..

They really should offer Chanko Nabe, which is truly Sumo food. They also need to expand sashimi, they do not offer equivocal sashimi as other top level sushi in Louisville. I have been to Japan in 2023, and rolls are really an Americanized sushi.
