Sunbro know I've been saying dual screen is coming back since the oled was a switch pro and before the switch 2 was the switch pro..... I been telling u out here, the next gen is gonna have a wiimote style remote screen that my guess is gonna be like it's own nintendo social media hub. That's why the USB is on the top of the device lol cuz the console charges upside down in the cradle to be able to charge the new joycon and the secondary screen at the same time. To be honest that just made me think they are going to name it what I originally thought the next gen system name would be.....FLIPswitch....and I might have come up w that before vid. TBH look at sony the portal is doing better then vr2. I just want to see what nintendo really do to push how they integrate the secondary screen unit and make it feel like a useful (being the key word) necessity similar to how ground breaking the ds was instead of the cumbersome tool of uselessness that the wii u TouchPad ended up to be

Dude I hate seeing those fucking fake ass images of consoles and stuff in the thumbnail that show a controller with a screen and the buttons and Thumbsticks on the screen that is just a dumb design choice "here let's cover up the screen by putting the thumbsticks directly on the screen and let's not forget the fact that when you're using it your hands will cover up more of the screen because games are designed to have that in mind"

And Nintendo just released a new updated VR Headset patent so that's explains why the switch 2 might have a extra USB port which might be some type of VR/AR device that makes it compatible with the Switch 2 as the headset is standalone with its own processor and ram just like the Quest 3 and it will use screens from google as the own the company that is making the screens for the headset and Nintendo has already had at least 7 patents on this device that keep one getting updated

This is the adapter to plug into the OG switch so you can use it like the Wii-U gamepad, but paired to the Switch-2 "Dock". The Switch-2 will have that hardware built-in so it won't need an adapter.

I've been saying this was going to be a VR-supporting console for several months now. I'm still there. We have the rumored mo-cap device, now we have this device. That plus the contact-sensitive thumb sticks, which are a already a feature of VR rigs. And of course, the Joy-Cons are just perfect for VR. But this isn't just about VR. I think that the Switch 2 will support remote docking (though a bit of an oxymoron) as some people have suggested, allowing for the use of the console as a second screen to the TV. This combined with any VR goggle setup will allow the Switch 2 to be the first Nintendo console to support games from the NES, SNES, N64, GC, Wii, Wii U, Switch, GB, GBC, GBA, DS, 3DS, and even Virtual Boy systems. Nintendo will be able to bring any of its games ever to the new console, in their original experiences or updated, with the only caveat being the 3D of the 3DS. But even that might be possible with a 3D TV.

Let‘s be real, how many people actually take their Switch outside. It’s just not handy enough to carry it around and the Switch 2 is going to be even bigger and probably heavier too. A 3DS was so easy to carry around, it was light, you didn’t need an extra case for it and its battery lasted like forever while in streetpass mode (or whatever you call that)
