6:24: I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND the concept of have 7 different pill cases with 7 days a week on it because you'd use 1 pill case for each day of the week right? Please, inform me of your concept. tfs!

Hi! I am sorry that it comes off confusing. I would recommend going back and watching again. It may take a second round. I get it.
@letsgetorganizedbyplanning78996 жыл бұрын
Tracy Hensel Hey, I wasn't expecting such a quick response! No, I DON'T need to watch it again because I DON'T understand the concept as a whole as it wasn't explained in the video why you use 7 different cases.
@jeannesauvage1176 жыл бұрын
I also found it confusing. I think what she does is ignores the SMTWTFS markings and each container is a day. So, at the beginning of the day she takes what is in the S. The next she takes what is in the M. Etc.

I wish I knew exactly how to help. Have you watched my Vitamin & Supplement video. Please reference that. Maybe give some feedback after you watch, and then I will try to do a follow-up on my Snapchat one day, this week. Hope this is more helpful.

Hi Jeanne! That is correct. I recommended to watch my Vitamin &Supplement video, if she has not. I go in more detail in that video. I actually accidentally thought that was the one that she left the comment on. After the reply back, I realized I had mistaken the 2 videos. I would be happy to do a follow up on Snapchat. I am just looking for a little more feedback first. Thanks for chiming in, and helping out.

Hehe I watched in horror as you put those mugs back in the cabinet. I guess if I still lived in Michigan, I could do that. In Florida it would be inviting bugs, lol! Routines/planning certainly cuts down on stress.

I cringed too. Older home in a warm climate...yeah, that's asking for trouble. But I have a bunch of small lidded containers that I could (and have in the past) put my portioned sugar and creamer in so I could just dump it and go. It is amazing how much of a time saving difference that little thing makes.
@sassyfras40856 жыл бұрын
Tracy Hensel had a silly question on the mug prep it doesn't really matter but I was just curious why you use the little tiny trash can and kept it in the cabinet rather than just throw everything away at once

Tracy Hensel. Tracy I had a question on the mug prep, and this really makes no difference, but I was just extremely curious why you use the little trash can you keep in the cabinet, instead of just throwing everything away at once? It's a small thing, but I know you have a purpose for everything so I was curious what that was.

I empty it in the trash at the end. I am filling several mugs, at once. I hope this makes sense.

Loved, loved, loved! One thing I do to make supplements even easier to take daily is I put them all in my blender and whirl them up in my smoothie. I hate swallowing large pills and can’t just scoop them all up and swallow them the way that you do. This works for me and I was given this hint by a nutritionist I saw several years ago. I plan to order your planning pages and look forward to using them. Another KZbin on them would be great. My Dad always said “Plan you work, then work your plan.” This has served me well over the years. One final hint; I make a top 3 must do’s every day from my “Brain Dump” list. Brain Dump is where I lost random things to do in no category - just get them down. Then I do daily planning on top of that. Thank you Tracy!!!!
@TracyHensel6 жыл бұрын

Thank you for sharing how much value you find in my videos. Your observation is correct; I have certainly made changes now that I am through the phase of raising children. I can't say that I have an 'actual' Sunday routine anymore but rather plan all week for the following week. I highly recommend the Organize Tomorrow Today / Plan Next Week This Week workshop if you still need to take it. It aligns with how my systems are set up today. You can get to the workshop on the Replay Tab on the Hensel Coaching and Consulting website here: henselcoachingandconsulting.com/ I also recommend this video: The Art of Planning Ahead | A Walk-through of How I Prepare for A Successful Week: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rWXXgaydYtapoMU

I have a suggestion for your vitamins. I too take several vitamins and supplements. I use the snack size baggies and use a permanent marker to write the days of the week on each bag. This way I don't have to open those hard to open pill containers. I keep the 7 small baggies in an open container. So each day I take out one bag for whatever day of the week it is. I use the same 7 baggies over and over. Works great!

Hey Tracy, last year I purchased the Inkwell press planner after watching your planning/productivity videos and I must say that I totally love it. That is why I’m quiet disappointed to find out that Inkwell will not be producing the same planner for 2020-2021 due to the current global situation. I feel a little lost as which way to head with my planning. I also do Google Calendar, Google Tasks & Google Keep but I still need a paper planner. So my question is have you decided on a planner for 2020-2021? Thanks Suzanne

Happy Mother's Day 💜. I go as far as prepping for the week on Sunday my wardrobe, and even put certain pieces of jewelry ( like necklaces) hung on the hanger of my outfit ..earrings ect. I am pretty much a routine person as well. I make my lunches and healthy snacks lined up too. It is a good habit so I can just grab a healthy meal and not stress about my outfit since I work outside the home. Its easy and not very time consuming when you get into these habits. And yes I even look at the weather to prep for that day. I pack my gym bag too with room temp bottled water and a healthy snack. I double up on my purchases too, such as make up and beauty items. Stocking up and organizing is key to my busy week down to our plan dinners when one of us ( husband) is running late. Makes my week or life simple and happy. So glad I came across your videos. Can't get enough..you are part of my relaxing Sunday evening routine as well, to watch and learn more organization skills.

Tracy, great tips. It is amazing how a little thing can make a huge difference to your day. I as a little concerned with the vitamin prep. I used to do it myself but stopped when I learned pill containers like those are not air tight. By the end of the week some of the goodness is lost and/or moisture absorbed. (Gel capsule stick to the bottom too.) Perhaps putting the filled pill organisers into an airtight container would solve the problem. 💕🦉🇦🇺

Happy Mother's Day! Than you, Tracy for all your tips and great organization ideas! What else do you add to your protein drink when you blend it in the nutribullet? Is the pro /prebiotic powder delish tasting? Or is it yucky, chalky /grainy vitamin taste? Lol! Also do you still take it in the pill form? Have an awesome week! :)

Hi Gloria! Thank you! I hope you had a wonderful Mother's Day, as well. To answer your questions: My Protein Shakes are delicious. I see no point in drinking or eating anything that is not enjoyable and tastes good to me. For the second question, please watch my Vitamin and Supplement video for your answer on what I take. Have a great week, as well.

Being recently widowed, recently the primary caregiver for my Mother who is 85, homeschooling 2 teenagers, while transporting our 17 year old back and forth to and from work... attending church... attending Weight Watchers... going to the gym almost every day... YES, I NEED A ROUTINE laid out in practical terms! Thank you for your great ideas.

I am so glad I am not the only one that loves organization. I also do the vitamin set up for the week, but I have a 7 day - 3x a day vitamin set up. I take a lot of vitamins, so I break it down to 3 times a day and it works for me. I put this pack on my desk in my home office so it is the first thing I see when I walk into my office in the morning and through out the day. Love your videos. Thank you for some great tips and real advice.
