You know damn well Old Moon would be strangling New Moon for this and would try to figure out a way to take back control of his body again. After everything New Moon tried to do, trying to be a better person than Old Moon, he basically threw all that progress away and became even worse than the Old Moon ever was. It's like a role reversal between New Moon and Eclipse, where Moon is becoming more insane, heartless, and murderous while Eclipse is in his own way being better by talking to Earth, coming to even terms with Lunar, and trying to bring Solar back. If Sun and Eclipsed talked to each other like how Eclipse talked to Lunar than that would be a sight to see.

Lore! After the FNAF security breach game Sundrop and Moondrop decided to do the impossible. He built a body for himself and separated from his brother when he did this he left a part of his kill code behind thinking that it wouldn't affect Sundrop, it did not affect Sundrop but it developed its own personality forming eclipse, Eclipse eventually burrowed into sundrops head until July 16th where it was believed he took out 12 kids (we find out it was a Bloodmoon more on him later) a little bit after this event Moondrop started the Sun and Moon show as a distraction, maybe a bit of a coping skill for Sundrop. Sundrop and Moondrop started making reaction videos and playing games, but things quickly got Sinister as Eclipse started gaining more and more consciousness. He showed himself as a prevailing character and soon Eclipse would start saying disturbing things through Sun eventually showing himself to Moondrop. As the year continued to go on Eclipse was planning something he had a new Target now, not just freedom, a device Moon had created to harvest the power of creation. soon in a hilarious episode of sun and Moon show we see that Moon has a counterpart named lunar, says his first words “tickle cuttlefish number 17” We soon learn more about Lunar’s existence, Eclipse had made Lunar to be his counterpart seeing how well Sun and Moon work together he assumed that Lunar would be a good match, but not before he tried to make someone else. We didn't learn about it until very later on but Eclipse had tried to make a companion before Lunar named Bloodmoon, his Pure Drive blood and chaos.(Eclipse was absolutely evil for this, they made it so Bloodmoon can never want to do anything besides from get blood he cannot function without blood, it's like a human not being able to get any sleep. he'll eventually just go insane and fall Apart) Eclipse had been planning for a while and torturing Moon and Sun, but soon his plan got put into motion on October 1st, THE FIRST OCTOBER ARC!!! he trapped Moon in his own head making it so anytime Lunar (who had proceeded take over the Moon’s body) moved Moon would feel excruciating pain making it so Moon cannot Escape his own mindscape Eclipse took over son and they continued to go throughout the month taking over the show. At the end of October after Monty had had a talk with Lunar he betrayed Eclipse, getting into cohorts with Moon and a big battle pursued where they "killed" Eclipse. Soon the Bloodmoon became a threat going around causing senseless violence. Moon started to Tire himself out very fast has he went around what we can only assume the whole world looking for all of Eclipse's backups and destroying them, his friend Monty eventually found him and forced Moon to take a break, little did Monty know that this would eventually cause some problems, in a episode that honestly gave me excitement and fear at the same time eclipse came back being quoted as "did you really think you could kill me that easily" giving the same Vibe as William afton's favorite line "I always come back" Eclipse built himself a body and eventually went into hiding but not before messing with Moon some more making his kill code come back, and now we have kill code who eventually partnered up with Moon so that he would only kill bad people, God do I wish that Creator was in reach of kill code soon kill code Got in cohorts with eclipse and Bloodmoon proclaiming them as his children seeing as they were all made from parts of his code, god dammit that was some Darth Vader stuff. Oh and the Fazbear sent a replacement for Sun and Moon who they named "forkface". and now kill code Forest Eclipse's Consciousness into a computer throughout the building kill code (KC for short) was using. Eventually KC decided that he was done killing people and became good, Bloodmoon eventually went off and faced Sundrop getting brutally blasted by Sundrop after saying “you won't kill me your to weak” but now Sun is haunted by his actions and starts seeing him everywhere, Bloodmoon continues to urge Sun to snap. Luckily Moon was there for Sun the whole time, and now for one of the most heartbreaking episodes ever, kill code couldn't separate from Moon drop kill code wanted to become good again he wanted to help people and moon drop and one of the most selfless Acts decided that he was going to let kill code free even though it meant that Moon would lose almost all of his memory. And we know in Sundrop is having a hard time dealing with that continuously scared that Moondrop is going to revert to his old ways of being a "b****" sun's words exactly Soon we got a new character named Earth Sun, Lunar and Moon's sister after the Creator decided to make Sun and Moon a more female motherly counterpart after being quoted as saying “you two give more of a creepy Uncle vibe" I love that for you Creator go get them and then go get a plane ride directly into the sun cuz nobody likes you 🤗 Earth shows up after a month because she got distracted frolicking through flower fields. (That's a vibe) We soon discovered that Moon’s friend Monty has a crush on Earth. Soon something traumatizing happens “wow really this never happens” (sarcasm) An insane Maniac going by the name of Ruin Eclipse and he is coming to do one thing, from what we (and moon) know kill the Creator, Ruin is another version of Sun and Moon when they decided to fuse themselves instead of separate soon something called the “Ruin Virus” infected them from what I know and they became an insane British man, then and again aren't all British men insane. Now something even more traumatizing happens. Lunar gets blown up while running directly towards Monty after he left trying to avoid all of the drama from Sun and Moon, (womp womp) Ok I can't even tell with certainty what is going on. Monty quickly went to his space base and tried to recreate Lunar, but eventually he had to leave space in hopes for lunar safe return as Eclipse threatened him, little did anyone know at this point being born in space gives you powers… why? Just why? I'm becoming an astronaut. I want my babies to have powers but we'll get to that later. soon lunar was rebuilt Sun started to learn how to harvest “star power” and use it, in a beautiful nerd battle they fight eclipse and Sun uses Kamehameha (he literally shouted call me home aha before blasting Eclipse) with the star power sending Eclipse to another dimension where he would be blown the up. before Eclipse died he was trying to warn sun and moon about lunar and to kill him when he came back because of those magical star baby powers, we love that for you Eclipse, soon in a heartbreaking video Eclipse and a counterpart that I have not yet to introduce because I hate him (and he doesn't really do anything important besides from… he literally does nothing he's just there) named Solar Flare die, Lunar comes back thinking he's going to have a good time. (cue Sans lunar cuz you're going to have a bad time) In a trauma response to being blown up he started running around, walking and never stopping. In a hilarious yet tragic video we get to see that Lunar is traumatized and tries to suffocate himself… (Ok I see how that sounds but he was mostly just doing it to be dramatic he stated he didn't actually want to hurt himself but out of this episode we get one of the best lines ever which is him screaming as loud as he can “I'M LUNAR” For a box of Chip ahoys) Despite all of this Earth tries to soothe him, good Eclipse eventually decides “I'm done with my world constantly being verbally abused for someone else's bad choices” moved in with Sun and Moon. now we have a happy little family, oh wait it's not happy they just cannot catch a break! Poor Sun has been through SO much. Imagine you wake up, you do your job. You're happy, things are good. When suddenly, you talk to this other person thats apparently been inside your head. Your super excited because you've only ever talked to yourself, and you want to be friends but then this other person starts tortureing you for no reason other than you simply existing. Then years after the torment, you guys split and have different bodies. The other person kinda becomes better, so you give them a chance. You guys hit it off, even decided to become brothers. But he still torturess and hurts you, even if he doesnt mean to. Oh, and he left something in you that basically causes you to lose control over youself mentally and physically. Then he dies. This new person who seems to treat you better takes his place, only for him to soon treat you worse than before. And he mocks all the years of trauma you went through with him. Like, Sun. Cmon, you deserve so much better. Lol

This feels so real, and I can't say it's just because of the conflict of bringing Solar back. It feels like Moon has been suppressing himself for a long time his true personality just to not look like OldMoon, and since he decided to go alone, he uses his true thoughts and grudges to push his family away, things that in reality he has thought but does not say so as not to hurt them. He no longer feels obligated to remain silent. I wonder if this has always been the real Moon.

So kind of a theory Though, bearing in mind that Sun’s just told the Computer to shock Moon unconscious if he tries to use star power. _If_ he does somehow manage to use it though, the astral bodies are almost undoubtedly going to come after him as a threat. I’ve pointed out before, and they have, that the roles are reversed between Sun and Moon, and I’ve said before how last time, Moon died as a consequence of Sun’s actions after being hellbent on killing someone. If the roles are reversed, then they might switch it and _Sun_ might die because of _Moon’s_ actions. They’ve been foreshadowing the idea of Sun’s death for a long time now, and he’s been getting _very lucky_ with somehow surviving situations where there was a good chance of him dying, and the other characters have ‘died’ in some sense of the word, even if it was just getting a new body because the old one died. He’s bound to run out of luck eventually, and if he did try to protect Moon, there’s not much he could realistically do to protect Moon or himself from the astral bodies. Old Moon warned the current one to watch out for the possibility of Sun sacrificing himself to protect him, and Moon’s been warned before (by the old Eclipse, I think?) of Sun dying in his arms, under the impression that it would be Moon’s fault. I know that Sun’s essentially disowned Moon as his brother at the moment, but I very highly doubt he’d just turn a blind eye or just sit back and watch it happen if the astral bodies did actually try to kill Moon. So _what if Moon’s actions results in Sun’s death?_ Sorry this was long, and I apologise to anyone who actually did sit and read all that 😂😅

This was aggravating to watch. To see Moon reach this whole new low is insane and it makes me wonder how things could get worse, despite knowing full well the potential outcomes. I'm inclined to believe this whole thing will all come together once Taurus arrives at the Daycare next week. It makes the most sense to have one of the Astrals do something that would possibly shake some sense into Moon.

Noo 😭 Though Moon’s kind of brought this on himself. I understand him grieving and wanting Solar back, but saying hurtful things to his family for the sake of upsetting them is going too far. What he said about Earth not being a good therapist, what he just said to Sun about the fact he’d spiralled after killing Blood Moon because he couldn’t handle his actions, all the mean things he said to the Computer and Jack when they captured him, throwing Monty under the bus by lying, and _everything else he’s said/done_ is just unacceptable at this point, and _for what?_

Yeah, I’m guessing that’s probably how he’s thinking about it too, but in doing so, he’s contradicting himself because he said that what he was doing was for his family, that bringing Solar back would make them happy and stop hurting, but by pushing them away, not only is he hurting them, he’s also acting _worse_ than old Moon. I think it might be one of those kinds of situations where physically seeing his family be hurt might be the only thing that’ll snap him out of it because pushing them away didn’t help after all.

Omg noooo I actually started to almost cry when I saw the intro was in black and white. 4:12 made me tear up, sunny sounds so sad, his voice breaking and everything. His voice trembling hurts my heart so much. I know Solar wouldn’t want his death to cause this much pain. 7:14 makes my heart break, Moon may not realize it but he IS kinda guilt tripping Sun. Moon’s trying to play god here, I’m sure Solar wouldn’t want to come back like that. 8:52 Those words stabbed my heart, and I’m not even the person he said it to. He sounds so heartbroken but so firm at the same time. I know I’d be so heartbroken if MY brother said that to me. Moons so set in his ideas that he can’t see that he’s causing more pain than he can ever fix. I think sun’s handling this really well, for what’s happening around him.

Anyone seeing a connection? A while ago when Moon died, Sun had been going on a psychotic rampage, he had hallucinations and wouldn’t listen to anyone, he wanted to kill the person he hated most, he didn’t let his siblings get in the way of what he was doing. Doesn’t that seem familiar? Moon may not have killed Solar but he still watched him die. And with Sun, Moon ended up dying. So what if this time Sun ends up dying now? And we’ve been getting hints for months about Sun dying, so maybe this is it. If anyone wants to add in the replies be my guest.

How the Mighty have fallen.. this really is heartbreaking. Sun no longer sees Moon as his brother.. and Moon just doesn't care enough to make a change even if he had time to do so. Even accepting the fact of leaving and never coming back if no one wants to ever see him again. That "Little bit of Eclipse in you" comment was really messed up.. Sun and Moon have been through so.. SO much, and now what little of their bond was left had been broken down into tiny pieces. Moon.. it's sad to see you this way, and I'm afraid there's no helping you anymore. Props to Sun standing up to Moon though despite his current state and insulting him, it can not be easy at all seeing his brother like this.. and it's really tragic and sad. I wonder how this will all end..

I mean if he try’s to gather star power he’s gonna get shocked till he’s unconscious. Yeah that is kinda cruel, but what moon did and said to his own brother is just as cruel. Of all the things moon could have said to sun, he chose probably the WORST ones to say🥲 going back to old moon, saying it took him two years to grow a back bone, and saying he’s still got a bit of eclipse in him is just some of them- moon really f-ed up with this one… he kinda did what sun did with the same consequences, in the sense of loosing your whole family just they didn’t die. While Moon does realize that this scenario is similar to the one when he did the same thing to Sun, I don't think he has realized that if he keeps going the way he is (like how Sun did), BloodMoon and Ruin are going to get away, and something bad is going to happen to Sun. (Sun might get injured or killed, I don't know what will happen for sure. All I know is that it will be something bad.) And I don't even know what is going to happen with Solar. And Moon is going to have to suffer the consequences for his actions.

Well my theory just gets stronger. This goes beyond grief, this is about control. About having the final say. Moon is so desperate to feel in control of his situation that he is pushing everyone away, and this is causing him to lose more control, which just makes him lash out more, it's a cycle. My heart breaks for Sun turning his back on Moon, but we really can't expect more from him. He doesn't want to go through this whole thing a second time. It makes me think of a year ago when Sun admitted he's scared New Moon will start acting like the old one, and now here we are. It's enough to get me actually emotional ;-;

Because originally all New Moon wanted to keep his family safe and make them happy by bringing Solar back, he didn't want them to worry about his mental state so he lied to all of them and said that he's fine, despite him having a nightmare and a panic attack earlier. And when Eclipse let Earth hear that recording about Moon yelling and threating Eclipse, and Earth showed it Sun and Lunar, Sun and Earth went to confront Moon, who snapped at them. Started yelling at them, said hurtful things. Sun decided that Moon needs to be stopped. He built a contaiment chamber to keep him trapped so he won't do anything. Sun felt forced to do this, because he had no other way. Moon didn't listen to what other people said to him, he continued doing what he was doing and supressed his guilt, buried himself into work. Sun didn't want Moon to be in the same position that he was when he killed Bloodmoon. But he doesn't know any other way to make Moon change his mind.

I think it's beyond disgusting of Moon to target Sun's trauma like that. Yes, Sun was initially distant towards New Moon. Yes, he wanted Old Moon back. Does that make any of this his fault? No. Sun only acted that way because he was grieving his brother, and working through the trauma he had from said brother. It's understandable why Sun had trouble accepting NM at first, and now it's happening all over again. Sun sounded like he was about to cry throughout the video, and I can only imagine how awful he must feel right now I'm not even super angry at Moon anymore. It's still there, but at this point I'm just... done. I'm so done with him, but I also can't help but feel sorry for him. He was so afraid of losing his family and becoming like OM, and now both have happened thanks to his own actions. It's tragic, but he only has himself to blame. I genuinely have no idea how he can even begin to redeem himself after this, but a small part of me is hopeful that he can. I don't think he can ever be fully forgiven, though, and I can't say I would blame the family if they don't. Moon's made it very clear that he cares more about satisfying his own ego than he does about them
