She probably will get nearly that much time. I live in Volusia County, FL, where her crime was committed. A friend of my family committed a crime with circumstances almost identical to Tammy's in Volusia - a woman, vehicular manslaughter, 3x the legal limit BAC, but has a lot of money and can afford top notch lawyers. This friend of my family ultimately was convicted and sentenced to 11 years in prison. Granted, she foolishly turned down a plea bargain that would have given her 7.5 years. Instead, she went against her lawyers advice, took it to trial, and was convicted by a jury in like 15 minutes, getting an extra 3.5 years. My guess is Tammy ends up getting offered something similar - a plea deal for about 6-8 years in prison. That is, unless she foolishly takes it to trial, where she will inevitably get a decade or more.

No matter how wasted I got, and trust me I got VERY wasted (like "drank a bottle of Whiskey and I'm not done yet" wasted), I never got to the level where I would endanger others with some sort of reckless behavior. I get having clouded judgement, but you should still have some voice of reason even if you're very drunk. For example, I've heard a buddy say while drunk "I might feel like I could drive now, but I know that's the booze talking". I see it as this: if you get in trouble once because of your substance abuse, I count that as a mistake that you should recognize and take precautions so it never happens again. Especially with drunk driving or driving under influence of something in general, you can do that and I've seen people who drove once after too many beers and regretted it the next day and took precautions to never do it again, like not even give themselves the chance to drive somewhere drunk. If you repeat behaviors like that, thats horrible. Unfortunately with impaired driving one time can be one time too many, and she has a history of substance abuse for years at this point. I get that I might have not made myself clear enough explaining my point, but be informed that I do know quite a bit.

It absolutely defies belief for me that she has had this many chances and blown them all. Look, I understand addiction and what it is like, I've felt the chill and lived it in many ways myself. But this just boggles my mind, that she was given so many chances to try to turn things around, and she had and has no regard for anything or anybody. I remember reading that Chris Candido's brother Johnny said that Tammy's biggest addiction was not alcohol or drugs, but chaos. I would have to agree. And now, she has finally taken a life...this was so totally preventable. She is one of those people who never thinks of others, or the consequences of her actions, and thus, never learns. It was once sad, now it's infuriating, even past that. I read her autobiography too, and that was disgusting--I figured it would be but I read it out of morbid curiosity (mercifully I didnt have to pay for the "privilege")...I wish that Chris had been able to get away from her, no drugs did not kill him and she did not murder him, but living that way with her and her drama had to have taken years off his life. I mean I’m not sure it was an outright failure of the justice system. Just a case of too many chances being given to someone who clearly didn’t deserve them. Prior to the incident in March she had many incidents but largely the victims either decided not to pursue further charges or she was let on on condition to attend rehab. In some cases where someone is actually trying to get straight, locking them up for years at a time doesn’t do them any favors. However clearly in this case she was never serious about fixing her life and becoming a better person. Although a lot of her arrests were for “violence” no actual harm came to anyone except ultimately herself and that’s why she was given so many opportunities to correct her behavior. It’s unfortunate but I don’t think it’s an outright failure of the justice system. They tried to help her as opposed to just locking her up. I find that somewhat admirable tbh. It’s truly unfortunate how it turned out but id prefer this method more often for drug abusers tbh. Most aren’t bad people, just troubled.

This one is sick , the sence of entitlement is mind numbing. I really think that she didn't love herself. Then after that everyone else was just wreckage. Self destruction is the worst thing, because believe it or not people loved her as awful a person as she was. Beauty was only skin deep. Now the looks are gone now she has alienated everyone that ever loved her. Just a common killer, wow

Her legacy post WWE can also be a What If scenario for Shawn Michaels if he hadn't suffered that fateful back injury that forced him into his first retirement. If he hadn't found God and became a Born Again Christian, he could've ended up down a very similar path to Tammy. Shawn is fortunate to have turned his life around when he did and is highly respected by a majority of people, both peer and fan alike. Sytch herself NEEDS to be under constant supervision. She's proven to be a serial drunk and a druggie, and has repeatedly shown she's far from safe. Should her toxicology report show she was driving while intoxicated; be it drugs or alcohol; given it resulted in the death of another person. If I'm Vince and co., I'd strip her of her HoF status, cease any and every monetary support of her, and label her a lost cause.

This just depresses me. It's a cacophony of legal failures, one after the other, and now a man died because no one took the initiative in her cases to lock her up or have her mentally examined to see if she's even capable of self maintenance or care. I'm just saying, habitual abusers like Sunny need to have harsher penalties put against them and stricter checks and balances put in place. Sorry if I'm a bit fired up, but I've almost lost family and friends on both sides of this, and it pains me to no end to know that so many chances were given to someone who clearly has no interest in improving her situation and if she's incapable of doing so, should never have been allowed back out to do what she did. (I'm not saying prison, but an asylum seems fitting for her in particular given the mental health issues that are obviously present in this case)

Only if she stays in there or prison for the rest of her life. She could’ve already been a whole episode of “Dark Side Of The Ring” lol, long before she killed a innocent man. She’s the most self absorbed woman in the history of professional wrestling. Hypocritical, self absorbed, narcissistic, ect all fit her perfectly. She didn’t even give a shit that she killed someone. No apology, no nothing. She’s a evil heartless bitch. I hope that she gets life in prison. With the dozens of d.u.i’s and now a manslaughter charge for killing a innocent man, life in prison is the only punishment that will fix the problem and save other people. Her being off the streets will stop other deaths caused by her drunk driving. She was at her peak attractiveness in 1996. In 2023, her looks are long gone. But she still has the 1996 confidence. She thinks she’s still as attractive as she was 27 years ago, which is a huge sign of being self absorbed. That’s not even mentioning how she openly cheated on her husband for years. She broke Chris’s heart. Fuck her! I hope she rots in prison for the rest of her life💯🖕🤷♂️

I think we’re past the point where continuing to refer to her as “Sunny” helps play a role in keeping her sick. She just won’t let that shit go and move forward. She just grows more and more bitter about all those “woulda, shoulda, couldas”. She’s not really interested in being Tammy, she still wants to be Sunny. More specifically, the Sunny THEN. And she can’t or won’t reconcile with reality. As far as why she isn’t arrested, that really is some bs. Why is it pending a tox screen? Regardless of the result, she still killed a dude! If this kind of leniency is any indication, I would not have high hopes of a fair consequence for all the trouble she’s caused. Not only the victim’s family, but all her offenses prior.
