I was a regular watcher of Jerry Lawler's USWA wrestling as a kid and I can truthfully say Stacy Carter made her debut on USWA wrestling and not Power Pro Wrestling before she ever debut on WWE TV. USWA started using her as a ringside commentator after having WWE's Sunny as a guest commentator realizing how successful her appearance was to the male demographic of the show. Carter was used in the same way as a ratings draw before leaving for WWE full time as Ms.Kitty.
