Very clear assembly instructions with parts separately bagged and identified for each step. Nice looking unit. Works great and provides a nice workout.

Ordered 1...Easy to assemble..took Me about 30 mins. And it works!! Trust Me..I feel it in My legs and arms.

I have this and it really works great I'm 44 and have join pains in my knee but I can use this thing easy. I bought a weighted vest off amazon to make it harder and it amazing doing only 15 to 20 minutes a day. Best whole body work out easy on joints.

@@jennynels4068 YES, best booty boost EVER, and so much fun.... Turn up the music and hop on this thing....Even 10 minutes and you will FEEL the burn if you do a serious workout ... could NOT be happier!

I need to later today adjust some things. Just got it yesterday and put it together but surprisedly I'm not sore after doing 140 of them so maybe my adjustments need fixed. But I love it so far

I have the row and ride machine ! I love it ! You feel the work out better in your glutes without the resistance bands . im not saying the resistance bands dont work.

Can you use this machine for longer continuous cardio for 30+ minutes at 130-150 heart rate? Does it make much noise?

Her demonstration of the squat was completely wrong. She should at have done it correctly even if she is trying to sell a product, stay professional.

A re-creation from the 90.s. this is of no use if it doesn't include resistance knobs or bands of some type and I don't see them.. makes this equivalent to kids playing outside on the teeter totter at a play ground. I was in my 20.s back in the 90.s using this..in my 50.s however it may be good for moving the bones and joints around but I would look for something else with resistance

No wonder, her squat form is terrible. I get she is trying to sell this product to middle age women but learn what the squat does. It’s not a quad dominate exercise first of all, it’s a hip flexion exercise. If your knees hurt it’s cause your not pushing your knees out or your stance is to close. I don’t see the use of this also, cause there is no progressive overload.

SMOR3S their is 3 resistance bands that they don’t show and when you put 2 of them on they give you a very sore night.

This is a good machine , nothing bad should be said about this machine, I really love this machine. It really works. I have one , after working out on this machine, you really feel the soreness the next day.

@@jennynels4068 yes it does work the booty. You have to use resistant bands if you want better results. You can feel the burn even without the resistant bands. This is really a good machine I give it 5 stars! I love it.
