Finding the row-n-ride exercise videos on KZbin was a game changer; I'm so glad I thought to do that. That is actually what made me love it and look forward to doing it and understand the best way to do it. I especially love the videos by Ashley. I hope they keep making them!

Can you do long steady state cardio of 40+ minutes around 130-150 heart rate with this machine? Does it hurt your back or knees at all?

We ordered your product. We could not align the stabilizer with the frame. The frame was bent. We had to return your product to Target.

I love this machine, but my lower back starts to tighten up about 2 minutes in. It’s so painful I have to quit. I’ve tried all the adjustments and I still can’t do more than 1 minutes. Is this common?

I am a biker and in generally good health. I exercise 7 days a week. I don't want to ask rude queations, but are you about 19 or 20. My grandmother tried this Row N Ride but she stopped because of knee discomfort. I have the same issue. The squatting affects my knees and I've been doing this for 2 weeks. I tried different ways, but is there a way not to be bothered by knee pain? I like the exercise, but it is uncomfortable on my knees. I don't want to be like my grandmother and just stop Row N Rider completely.

@@SunnyHealthFitness You can't do HIIT on this machine unless you are severely out of shape. I pushed hard as I could with 3 bands for over 20 minutes and my HR never went above 145. HIIT is reaching a heart rate above 170 within a few minutes.

@@ElianEychenne-zf6ez Hi no I never but what I did do was to loop a deadlift band under the rear leg and then hooked the other end on the pole behind the seat. A deadlift band is about 12 or 13 inches long which is a perfect size also you get a stronger resistance so it worked out well.
