I ordered this and got it delivered today. Tried this workout without using the bands and 10 minutes seemed like an eternity away. My legs were burning and I was sweating!!! Thanks for the video.

Nice workout. I didn't think of tricep kickback on mini stepper resistance band before. Gotta apply with my stepper at home now.

Just got my stepper today and just finished this workout. It's really good for a 10 minute workout! I'm impressed with this stepper after having had one that I bought over 20 years ago on an infomercial that cost a lot more and was twice the size of this one. And that one didn't have resistance bands with it, you had to buy them separately.

When you first start using this it can give really sore legs next day but it get easier after a few goes ''and I bought one with resistance bands so I can't wait to use mine and I will only manage short periods of workouts till my body gets use to it

This 10 minute video had like THREE internal ads, which was completely disruptive to the flow of the workout. Which is actually pretty good when you don't have much time and need a quick little workout. But the ad interruptions make it nearly unusable.

@@SunnyHealthFitnessExcept that you do have control over it. You can either turn it off completely or set it so that there's only one at the beginning. 4 interruptions in a 10 minute workout where your hands are occupied so you can easily hit skip is beyond ridiculous

The resistance bands are there to also offer stability while using the machine so I would suggest to keep using the bands.

Hello! First of all, thank you for the amazing videos :D Second... I have a question: while I do the lateral arm raises without stepping I feel strain on my lower back. Would it be better if, while I raise my arms, I slightly bend the knees and then straighten my legs while I lower my arms? I noticed that it seemed better this way for my back, but I wouldn't want to be wrong and mess myself up 😂

Hi Livia! To protect your back, you want to make sure the core is in a stable position as you're stepping. To do this, engage your core throughout the exercise, hinge at the hips to come into a slight forward lean, all the while keeping your spine straight and upper body locked into that engaged core position. We don't recommend fully straightening the knees while stepping, there should always be a slight bend at the knee even in full extension of your step.

Hi, I just bought this exact Model & got it yesterday! I would like to give a sincere thank-you for making thses videos, as it sold me on the product! 1St Hour Routine goin' at it now!...Out of curiosity, hey I am just about or close to as big as this Trainer in this tutorial, do you know how many calories an Hour I would Burn? Problem with me is I have the stength weight training, but am aiming to burn most of my excess fat and need to up my calorie burn....I went on other sites that review mini steppers...guestimating maybe 600? 700?...but if I did this for an hour could I get close? to the daily whopper? 1000!..? thanks!

Everyone’s calorie burn is different based on muscle mass, age, weight, etc. however higher intensity activities will burn more calories in general. Average for most cardio activities will be burning about 8 calories a minute (or 500 an hour) you could burn more depending on how hard you are working upwards of 11-12 calories per minute which would put you in the 650-720 range per hour. Not saying it’s impossible to hit 1000 but more likely you’ll be in that range suggested online.

The machine i bought is similar to this, but the bands on mine are way too long and they are not adjustable, i'm 6' tall yet the bands are so long that i get no resistence at all from them.

Thanks for sharing your experience! It sounds like the bands on your machine may not be offering the right resistance for your needs. You could try adding extra loops or using additional resistance bands to increase tension.
