Very relaxing! I like that there was no music, because it made it much easier to focus on the stretches.

Hello Ariana. I've been practicing yoga you with you since the beginning of the pandemics. You've helped me to deal with my anxiety and to rely more on the Lord. Thank you so much! When I started today's class, I though I wouldn't be able to finish it, because I'm anxious and I find it hard to do such slow exercises. But I remembered that once in another class you've said "you are exactly where you should be", and so I decided to do it until the end. And here I am, soooo much relaxed and restored! Thank you so much again!!

This was perfection. I was able to make a gentle playlist of my favourite soft classical songs, which I put on in the background. I loved the long stretches and minimal cues.

This was Amazing- I was tired slightly stressed and had a headache this was such a nice pace almost like a second sleep I was enjoying the longer positions with less cues. Thank you. God bless 🙏🏾

I just very recently found your channel and i am adoring it❣️.
