SUNSET POV DRIVE IN MY AUDI MY S3 8P *STAGE 1 R-TECH*

Made the most of the warm sunny evenings and took my Audi S3 8P for a POV drive around some country lanes.
My car is currently running a stage 1 R-Tech map with a full cobra de-cat exhaust

If you fancy a couple of interior changes to keep it fresh I got the grab handles cf layered and 8v vents on my rs3 , looks decent

Hi How did you fit your red Audi steering wheel ring I also got one and the m3 tape naff it doesn’t sit right one end lifts up debating putting some super glue but don’t want to risk putting on my wheel and wrecking it any ideas. Thanks.

Other than a couple of injector seals coming loose it’s been fine 👍🏻

Manual or automatic not sure what to but how do you find the automatic? What’s the gear changes like. Do they make uno the dsg equivalent farts like the golf r etc

I’ve never regret automatic, puts the power down really well and launch control is a fun feature. It makes the bangs too since I’ve gone stage 2+

Very nice video bro, i want to ask about the magnetic ride shocks? did you have any problem? how many millage on the car?

Had a problem where the sensor corroded but was easy to fix. 90,000 miles

Cars looking good & performing well 👍 I'm getting my 2009 S3 Sportback Stage 1 tuned/remapped at R-Tech this month and I'm looking forward to it... This video kind of makes me wish I'd of payed the extra money to get an S-tronic though 😂 but I suppose it's an excuse to upgrade to a MK7/7.5 Golf R or S3 8V in the future... 😂 I've never actually drove or been in a Stage 1 S3 8P before. Is the difference really that noticeable over stock? & If you don't mind me asking, how much did the remap and/or other mods effect your insurance? Remap, alloys, suspension, exhaust etc... (perhaps an idea for another/new video?) I'm currently paying/payed £650 last year for insurance. I'm 24 with 4 years NCD on my stock/standard S3 with Hastings. Keep up the good work 👍

I pay a similar price on my insurance with everything declared. None of my mods cost anything more, they only thing they charge me more for is the extra BHP. I’ll make a video on in soon. I’m going to r tech on 20th July, when do you go?

I had mine remapped on the 22nd & I genuinely can't believe the difference just a remap has made... 😳😂 It's completely transformed\changed the way car drives/delivers power... Went from 284.4 BHP & 304ft-lb to 316.2 BHP & 351ft-lb... Not bad for a Manual gearbox on a "Stage 1" Remap & considering it was 24°C on the day.
