I'm trying out this play Saturday. It like the dribble handoff part of the play very similar to "cross". I'm going to practice it today on a continuous motion to try to get ball movement and practice the dribble handoff. Ty for your videos

No I usually just keep it simple and run this play untill something opens up. I like it because it’s continuous.

Which one of the 3 plays you have has provided the most success against a zone. 1-3-1, 1-4 or cross?

I don’t run cross against a zone. I only run the 1-3-1 against a 2-3 zone.
