Just made this. My brand of black bean sauce looked abit on the brown side n I wasn’t too sure if I hv got the right sauce. But it turned out right. Added abit more sugar to balance it out. Family approved. Thx Roland. 👍🏼

Hihi. You don’t have to because cornflour will help to make it “smooth”. You can tenderize the meat by hammering them for a bit. Happy cooking!

Happy new year to you Sharwil49. We just used regular spare ribs. Its the lower portion of the pig near the belly and breastbone behind the shoulder. Alternatively, you can just let your butcher know you wish to have meaty ribs. He should be able to help you with it. Happy cooking!

I enjoy yr recipes but yr English really sxxks. what do u mean by approximately at least two hours n above. This ambiguity makes no sense. I think u r saying marinating time will take at least two hours. Why estimate when u already are telling us it is two hours and above.
