Super Easy Korean Spicy Noodles: Bibim-Guksu!

Ingredients
100g thin wheat noodles
½ cucumber, finely sliced into matchsticks
1 boiled egg
1 tbsp sesame seeds (use half in the sauce)
½ sheet of Nori Seaweed (cut into strips)
3 Tbsp kimchi
2 tbsp Gochujang paste
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
½ tbsp honey

I do love Korean cuisine but cold noodles are one of the worse thing I would say, and ice noodles are most horrible, only think I liked was the hot broth on the side 🙂

I would omit egg since I am vegan and use vegan kimchi
