Does this work with pork slices? if so, will pork shoulder or pork belly be better? Sorry really wanted to try this but cannot take beef :(

Hi Anson! Thank you for wanting to try this recipe out. Yes, you can use pork shoulder but pork belly will be a tad too fatty. Marinate as how I did it with the beef but do cook for 2-3 mins longer as pork needs to be fully cooked. Happy cooking!
