I travel a lot & whenever It's possible, I carry & store my niche perfumes in their boxes. It's like a daily luxurious treat to open the heavy leather box etc 😇 It definitely adds to that sensory experience. P.s. I could listen to your voice for hours 😃 very soothing.

I agree with you about the milk note, I too feel a bit nauseous if it’s too much. I feel the same way about Commodity Milk, I’m dumbfounded about all the hype. Sometimes niche perfumes can be a bit too much for me. Sometimes I’m just a “basic” girl and do better with designer.

As I was watching this video, I said to myself, I don’t think she likes saffron very much, and then you finally said it lol. La Capitale was a huge let down for me because I expected a lot based on reviews. Blanche Bete…omg the reviews almost made me blind buy (which I never do).Thankfully I found a sample because that fragrance is vile to me. Smells amazing blowing in the wind but it’s gross on my skin. Btw don’t try Xerjoff Cruz Del Sur II. It’s like sour milk.

I am so on the same page with you about la captiale and Blanche bete! La capitale was a MESS just like you said. And Blanche bete smelled like a candle to me. Has like a waxy weird undertone to me but I got some compliments when I wore it!

I almost bought blue heart full bottle and like you I said for now on I am going to buy samples so I bought a discount. I completely hated it. I couldn’t stand it. Also the blanch bet made me sick so you want to have the same taste in perfume

Omg we have the same taste. I wanted to love all the perfumes u mentioned you've blind bought but I just couldn't do it either! Try Mula Mula by Byron.. ppl compare that to la capitale as it's fun younger sister without the complicated notes. I've been loving it!

My problem with Royalty scents is that the decants evaporate like crazy. They have a pretty good selection though. But I don’t ever subscribe long term. Wish they’d get different atomizers.

That packaging on the Xerjoff fragrance is beautiful, but it's wasteful indeed. For me, I don't keep the packaging . Wouldn't know what to do with it. Keep my fragrance in there? No, I'm definately not going to do that. So in the end, it's garbage to me. Very nice packaging just makes me feel bad about throwing it away. So I would rather pay $20,- less and have an ordinary cardboard box.

Blanche Bete is in my top 5 favourites, but it is not for everyone, because it is a little bit animalic and indolic. It is a niche perfume, after all.

From royalty scents you mean? Yes. Total with shipping for 2 decants was $46 I think it came to. Which I think is totally reasonable to get niche scents. I maybe wouldn’t do that with Ariana Grande or something because you can get a full bottle for not much more than that, but for pricier designer or niche, 100%.
