Those look soooo good! I've often wondered if anyone has every breaded and fried turkey wings. You did that!
@TannyCooks2 жыл бұрын
Thanks! Brining is a must for frying Turkey Wings to keep them juicy (in my opinion). I love frying the flat sections, unless the drums are small and then I’ll fry those too

I used same ingredients for my brine only I used vegetable stock (didn’t think about the beer, next time). Those are really nice size Turkey wings.
@TannyCooks2 жыл бұрын
Thanks! Vegetable Stock is something I need to make more often.

Can I use Old English 800 Malt Liquor as the beer for the recipe?....For real tho those wings look like that new thing. Looks Great..!!!!
@TannyCooks2 жыл бұрын
Thanks! Sure, as long as you like the flavor of the beer, you can use which ever one you want. I would avoid light beers since they impart a lighter flavor.

Looks scrunchies! I don't drink, so could I use non-alcohol beer is to get the same taste?
@TannyCooks Жыл бұрын
Thank you. I have tasted a few non-alcoholic beers in my time and they don’t seem to have a strong flavor to me. Instead of using beer, I would recommend brining the turkey wings in seasoned full fat Buttermilk overnight to make the meat more tender when frying.

I thought you cut the drumsticks off?👀
@TannyCooks2 жыл бұрын
I do it both ways depending on the size of the Turkey wings. If the drumsticks are big, I cut them off. If the Turkey drumstick part is small, then I fry the whole thing
