Does anybody know how to actually fix the heel issues, my gts make my heels bleed when I use them? I’ve heard heating up and bending the heel with your fingers can relieve the tension on the heel but even though I’ve done that I’m still really struggling with the fit in the heel, regardless of how good the boots actually feel on feet!

The first model. I put some gorilla tape on the area inside the shoe, change them every week and sure it leaves tape residue, but it stops the cuts, the only thing that made me change them(i returned them after 5 months, got full refund even with some tape residue) the way the bottom is glued on, I turn a lot when playing and the inside of the right shoe started to come off to the point that the stud wasn't even connected to the shoe anymore

i got the gt2 elites a couple weeks ago, having previously had some vapor 14 pros. They were not the most comfortable for me and they gave me blisters on my big toes a lot. It wasn't a great experience but I think its just that my feet aren't compatible with the phantoms.

Personally I can't wait for these to arrive tomorrow. I got the AG phantom elites same colour black grey & blue. I've got flat feet .. kinda wide but not crazy wide... and I've watched so many reviews for these boots and others and as much as I am itching to try a pair of pumas etc... i've decided they will be the ones for me. I've just come from the adidas preditor freak with the spikes (pink and black ones) elite version ... I actually liked them but they were really thin but more than anything I needed to get full size up (11) not half a size up that I ended up getting (10.5) so I would get some again but only in size 11 as small fit. Anyway back to these boots ... I believe the boots are just an assistance rather than making you playing any better but I feel these can help to a degree ... I love a clean strike ... decent touch and loads of passing. So I feel these will be fine for me! There seems to be alot of negative comments on these .. luckily I've not had any before so it's not clouded my judgement I appreciate all the feed back you guys have put as its made me think. I think it's ultimately hard to market and get people excited about any performance elements/tech that is inside the boot that people cant see. I also don't think it's really necessary for these boots. There's really no issue in regards to lockdown or stability.

So annoyed at this really wanted to wear the gt’s but just not worth it for narrow footed players. I hoped they would fix the support on the second version. Just needed fly wire to help it out a bit , off centre lacing does create roll over for skinny foot players. Loads of weird excess space they could have fixed as well.

i got the elites at an outlet for $75 and immediately picked it up, ive wore it twice and coming from the mercurials, i dont really like the feel, the material feels a lot more thinner and plasticky but that may be because its still a little big for me, overall i just think the material and how it was made was very cheap and nike did not try on this one at all

Yeah, they cut back in to much. But some gorilla tape on the area that meets the fut, worked for me. But don't forget to change them after a while. I liked the feel of the shoes after a while, but those blisters were so painful, but like I said the gorilla tape helped so much and you can wear them comfortably
