This is simply awesome! I love seeing stuff like this! Tho not gonna lie, I honestly thought Mario was literally going to Wonderland when I first saw these videos 😅 I mean, they already change size a lot in these stories, so a Mario-like game set in Wonderland would only be fitting

I like to see this fangame as sort of the Mario equivalent to what Capcom did with MegaMan 9 and 10, looking and sounding like the NES Mario games, but not entirely limiting the game to the hardware or the past and incorporating new elements of the franchise into this old looking game.

I have another project called "Legacy Super Mario Bros." It's not in the works, but I still intend to make Mario games if they continued in that style of the first game. Super Mario World will not be left out!

Exactly! However, to solve cases like this, they would have to use the tiles to move the snowball. That's what the game is simulating in this part.

A beta revival. Super Mario Wonderland is intact and will be released in the future. No release date yet, but based on my occupations, it will probably be released at the beginning of 2025. I still hope it will be this same year.

Não sei se já questionei ou não: Por que não tem um contador de moedas roxas? Ou de Wonder seeds? Se esse jogo se passasse depois de Super Mario Bros 3 ele poderia ter um possível world map?

Moedas roxas não irá contar, já que nesta versão elas só irão servir da mesma função das Dragon Coins no Super Mario World. Quanto as Wonder Seeds, o contador já foi inserido. Em futuras gameplays você vai notar o contador no topo da tela. O beta revival se encontra nos últimos estágios de desenvolvimento com prévia de lançamento completo ainda pra este mesmo mês.

It will be more 1987, so less memory usage and more "recycling" of things, and imitation of limitations. So the game will be much more limited than the modern version. However, the way to defeat Bowser Jr. will always be different. While in the modern version, SteelBill takes over the role, only having the first battle as the same, but in the second I will make changes to make it different. The initial plan was the same as the beta revival, but the modern version will have much more and will be exciting.
