​​​@@Pyrodiac Super Mario Bros Z is a sprite KZbin animated series from ten years ago, which got cancelled a while ago sadly, but it was later rebooted. It basically merges Mario and Sonic, with Dragon Ball Z kinds of fight. The Axem Rangers also appear in the series, but spoilers ahead: They all die fighting Mecha Sonic. That's why Mario calls him to take care of them here.

I want a remake of this game. But seeing how Nintendo hates Mario games with stories, and with this being a relatively forgotten about game, I doubt it. But with Nintendo and Square Enix doing things like Smash Bros together, with Geno even getting a costume, maybe there is a small sliver of hope.

This video has no chill. It's like watching an SMG4 no-context compilation at 2x speed. The only exception seems to be the scene where Mario phones Mecha Sonic, which takes 15 seconds of its sweet time. In conclusion, this video made a more elaborate summary of _Super Mario Bros. Z_ than it did of _Super Mario RPG._ Can't wait for this gag to become longer when ZZ brings it back in a month for "Paper Mario in a Nutshell."
