I've tried some Soultanicals from Sally's and really liked them. I'm skeptical of purchasing directly from Soultanicals because I hear many people say the shipping takes awhile. Also, too is seems like they're sold out alot on some products.

Girl your hair is fabulous even with the frizz. I haven't done a wash and go in forever. I forgot about them. I'm working from home now so my wash days somehow changed to Monday haha. Im going to do a wash and go!! something different. Ive been eyeing the Knot Sauce too for a while. tfs

The refresher spray gave you the frizz. That's how u get my big wash and go

You think so? I believe it was the combination of the Marula Muru, Fro'zen Gel and Hair Sorrell Spray that caused the frizz. Both the cream and gel contain Glycerin while the refresher spray contains Agave Nectar, which is also a humectant. I'm actually surprised it wasn't frizzier with those 3 humectants lol.

Girl😭 I need new twisting butter recommendations of the creamy kind. I only have the Melanin Cream and while the moisture is there the build up I feel after day 3 is something else. Not so much on my strands but on my scalp. I know you’re trying some Soultanicals out so just wanted to know if you had other recommendations for us fine stranded ladies out here.

Btw I love that gel but I definitely use it when I want bigger hair it still gives me a strong hold, I use the SlipNSlide hair glide under it because its hydrating enough but will not interfere with the cast/holding properties of the gel! Either way great video I'm so glad you love this brand they are one of my personal favorites and top contenders!🐇💜💙💚🐣🌺🌷🌻🍀🌱🦋🐞

I clicked on so fast 💨 when I saw Soultanicals Spring wash and go! If I had to leave 1 product out, which one? I have fine low density hair. I am surprised at how light kink sink looks. Great review 👏🏽

Thank you so much Misty. 🤣 You could definitely leave out the gel. This Wash N Go lasted me about 2 days. On Day 3 the definition started disappearing. I don't think the gel did much for definition or hold. I believe this style could've been achieved without the gel and my hair probably would've looked exactly the same lol. Alternatively, you could pair the Knot Sauce, Kink Sink and Marula Muru with a strong hold gel to achieve a moisturized & long lasting Wash N Go.

Hey Jessy! Thank you so much for your sweet compliment! ☺️ 💓 You know what, the cream AND gel contains Glycerin. That would definitely explain the softer hold. Any cream or gel that has glycerin in it, doesn't give me the most hold.

Great question S! I checked the products. The Knot Sauce has Algae in it which is a form of protein. It's towards the middle of the ingredients list. Also, the Kink Sink has Tahitian Monoi Oil which is known to be a reparative oil, similar to Coconut Oil. I'd say the strengthening ingredients in these two products is nothing crazy. My hair loved both the Knot Sauce & Oil.

@@AfroKhadisiac Thanks for replying. Even though I'm HP, I believe I should stay away from protein as much as possible. My hair has no elasticity and extreme lack of moisture retention. It's dry and brittle. It seems like curl cream stylers with hold are drying. I'm getting a lot of shedding. I don't use gels, btw.

S. Jones the reason your hair is dry and brittle, and lack moisture retention could be because it needs protein.

Overall, I really liked how this one turned out - just wish the gel had a strong hold. With a name like "Fro'zen" I was expecting a lot more longevity from this style!

@@AfroKhadisiac yes I honestly thought you were gonna be scrunching your hair for a bit because like you I really thought it was gonna have a really good strong cast. Definitely disappointed it's not. I love a gel with a good cast. I love volume but I also love definition.

@@waxyjas1562 When my hair air dried fully it definitely had a softer cast. No scrunching was necessary. lol. I like for my gels to have a stronger hold as well. This Wash N Go was good for a moisturized and soft look. I'm wondering whether Soultanicals has another gel that has a strong hold because this one didn't. ❤️❤️

I havent tried their products, I will like to try their geleeif its hold isn't strong. I've been using As I am gelee. Aside from the light frizz it came out quite well. Happy Easter AK!🐇💖
