I take Floradix for iron deficiency, it’s pretty similar and I’ve been told smells the same lol. The energy levels were noticeable when I stopped for about a week recently. Never again! The hair benefits are secondary but I can tell for sure.

I have been taking geritol plus a liquid collagen to see if I can lessen the amount of hair shedding. I definitely see a difference in growth, my legs hairs, even my eyebrow hairs grow so much more now. It’s been a month and as of now I don’t see a difference with my hair shedding.

I feel like my weight stayed pretty consistent throughout the 3 months that I took the supplement. I've also read several reviews and haven't come across any that mentioned weight gain, thankfully. I did the pills and I didn’t like it so I quit it because I hate pills anyway plus I am a low on my blood. Next time I will try the liquid form.❤ love your video.

The flavor isn’t too bad overall, but it does have an alcoholic aftertaste that I’m not fond of. I usually drink water afterward, but juice works well too.

This is my problem as well I have Hypothyroidism and Hashimoto's disease and always 😫 tired. So I have to be cautious with what I take. I like lemon balm for health but I'm not suppose to consume it due to it decreases your thyroid level but I do have it sometimes in tea and it helps with the other symptoms and chronic Migraines. @dellassociates5897 I tried those and it wasn't either due to my diet and what I eat. I have more immune issues than anything. I also did the natural supplement route but after about 2 years I started to have a lot of stomach issues so I have to stray back and forth on what's easier on the stomach but those do help for the thyroid. 😁
