You dont need the best of the best controller to get started but I like the effort! Practice your movement alot and just focus on learning in matches! Good luck

I started near the end of 2022 and dude, samish story 😅 big smash 4 fan, watched doc and followed melee but played 4 and when i started i defo wanted to play marth or falcon but inevitably stayed solo fox. Keep up the fox man, you'll be cracked in no time (i still suck thoooo)

Those bars that hold the shoulder buttons can be swapped into a smash4 conch

Falcon is hard to start on, generally you need very good fundamentals to play him beyond being able to short hop. Also the metal bar isn't important lol, if you care a bunch about the controller I recommend getting into opening them up. It's similar in ease as building a computer and there while discords with tutorials and people to help out the wazoo
